REST IN PEACE

Please remember in your prayers Mary Newmeyer who has died and risen to new life.

FATHER'S DAY BLESSINGS

Today we remember and celebrate, both living and deceased, our Fathers, Grandfathers, Great Grandfathers, Uncles, and all those who are like Dads to us.  Their love for us gives us the strength and example to live as “Eucharistic People”, to give completely and not to count the cost, as Jesus did when he walked here on this earth.  We, your children, express our gratitude for the gift of “you” in our prayers, remembrances, and celebration. HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!

PLANS ARE BEGINNING FOR OUR ANNUAL JOINT PARISH PICNIC

This year’s picnic will be on Sunday, August 27 at the Mifflin Social Club.  Our first planning meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday, June 21 at 6:30 in the St. Hedwig Church Hall. This is such a wonderful social event and a great opportunity to get to meet fellow parishioners.  Volunteers old and new who are interested in helping in any way, and for whatever amount of time they have available, are invited to bring themselves, their ideas, suggestions and good natures to the meeting! This is a great way to get involved in parish life and help keep your church alive!
