ATTENTION ALL PARENTS OF SECOND GRADERS

It will be held next Sunday, January 17 after the 11:30 am Mass, in the Holy Name Hall. All parents are expected to be present. Since children will be here for CCD and then attending Mass, they and the parents will have a light snack and then Nancy Lesko will conduct the session. Guidelines, worksheets, work books and instructions will be given out. The session will last about one hour.

UPDATED PARISH SHARE REPORT
The 2015 Parish Share Program is quickly drawing to a close and both parishes are drawing closer to meeting our goals: Christ the Light of the World needs only $9,900 and St. Joseph needs only $964 to reach its goal. We are grateful to all those who have made an outright donation, paying monthly pledge payments or using the monthly extra PSP envelope. If you have not yet done your part, now is the time. If anyone would like to donate the balance for either parish, please feel free to do so. When we do not reach our assessed goals we have to take the unpaid balance from our parish savings, money much needed for general maintenance and upkeep.
A SPECIAL THANK YOU
From Madeline Belback to all who sent her a card from the Advent/Christmas Reach-out List. It is a very special ministry to reach out to & show appreciation to those who kept our parishes alive before us.
