BAPTISMS

Congratulations to the families of  Luke Daniel Roman and Lucas Theodore Alexa, who are being baptized into God’s family this week.

THANK YOU

A much appreciated “thank you” is extended to everyone who in anyway helped make the celebration of Confirmation such a nice experience. Most especially, to Jim & Angie Roman who spent the last seven months preparing the students for Confirmation; the Christian Mothers for planning and preparing the reception for the guests; and to all those involved in the Liturgy, as usual it was special and beautiful.

SPRING/SUMMER LITURGICAL MINISTER SCHEDULES

The schedules for all Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers and Servers will be sent out electronically this coming week.  If you have any particular requests, you are invited to email greg@christthelightoftheworld.org.  Also, the program is set up so you can request a substitute and if you are scheduled you are expected to find a sub.  Thanks for your cooperation.

PARISH SHARE PROGRAM UPDATE

So far, we have received $16,410.00 in outright donations and pledge payments towards our assessed goal of $54,074.00.  We have had 105 people respond so far.  This leaves us a balance of $37,664.00.   Food for thought:  If we look at the balance remaining and 370 make a $100.00 donation, we will hit our goal with no trouble.  Every donation no matter how great or small is appreciated.
