1. Pray 2. Go to bed early 3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed. 4. Say, “No” to projects that won’t fit into your schedule, or that will compromise your mental health. 5. Delegate tasks to capable others. 6. Simplify and unclutter your life. 7. Less is more. 8. Allow extra time to do things and get to places. 9. Pace yourself. Don’t lump all the hard things together. 10. Take one day at a time. 11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, give it to God and let go of anxiety. 12. Live within your budget. 13. K. M. S. (Keep Mouth Shut). 14. Do something for the kid in you everyday. 15. Get enough exercise. 16. Eat right. 17. Get organized. 18. Write down thoughts and feelings. 19. Find time to be alone everyday. 20. Having problems? Talk to God. 21. Make friends with good people. 22. Laugh. 23. Laugh some more. 24. Take work seriously, but yourself not at all. 25. Be forgiving. 26. Be kind to unkind people (they need it the most.) 27. Talk less, listen more. 28. Slow down. 29. Remind yourself each night that you are not the general manager of the universe. 30. Every night before bed, think of one thing you are grateful for.
